Elle-J Trucking was founded in February of 2018. Tiffany came from a business background with a passion for entrepreneurship while Mick had been around dump trucks his whole life through his family’s business. They both wanted to start something of their own and wheeled into the universe Elle-J Trucking.

The company is named after their daughter Ellany (nickname Elle) and their son Jack (who’s namesake was the originator of Dump Trucks Inc.). In 2022, Elle-J Trucking expanded by buying out Mick’s family’s business and doubled their fleet. Today, Elle-J Trucking has 26 tri-axle dump trucks on their fleet and over 30 employees.

A member of the Teamsters Local 135 as well as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE Certified) and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE Certified), Elle-J Trucking offers hauling services for everything from an individual’s driveway to working with the biggest contractor in Indiana to build a bridge.
